Return policy

If you receive books which have defects or are damaged (which were not advertised on our website as damaged or reduced to clear) please return the book(s)for replacement.

Returned items should be sent by Graphic Courier Service or Ghana Post Courier Service. cannot cover return postage costs for courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as books on returned are the sole responsibility of the customer until the books reach our offices.

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect book(s), will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect book (s), send the correct book (s) and refund the return postage.

If you wish to cancel your order or for further information please notify by email or via Phone call (+233270551449 or +2332070551446) within 2 days of the date of placing your order.
